7 Star staffing is a specialized division to source and place high level talent. We help develop confident and knowledgeable leadership teams through targeted training that strengthens communication, management skills, and operational decision-making to improve performance across all levels. 7 Star offers weekly, biweekly and monthly leadership classes, as well as annual Sensitivity ,  Emotional intelligence, and Conflict management training. These Training classes are all inclusive under the PEO engagement.
